Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order through the website before making the payment. Once the payment has been completed, the cancellation request cannot be processed.

Return & Refund Policy

If the product is found damaged or defective before delivery, it will be replaced by the company. The customer is required to record a clear video while unboxing the product at the time of delivery for verification purposes.

Replacement or refund will also be applicable in the following cases:

• Any part or accessory of the item received is missing.
• The item received is different from the one described on the product detail page of DwarkeshAyurveda.com.

Refund Policy

Once your refund request is verified and approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service availability.

No additional charges are applied for prepaid orders. However, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small service fee.

Exchange / Replacement Policy

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the company will provide an exchange or replacement after verifying the issue.

Once approved, the exchanged or replaced product will be shipped within 2–4 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days of approval.
