Cancellation Policy

An order can be canceled through the website before making the payment. Once payment is completed, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return & Refund Policy

The product will be replaced by the company if it is found damaged before delivery. The end-user is required to record a video of opening the product at the time of receiving it for verification purposes.

Replacement will also be applicable in the following cases:

• Any part or accessory of the item received is missing.
• The item received is different from the one described on the product detail page of DwarkeshAyurveda.com.

Refund Policy

Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

• The product will be dispatched by the company within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days of confirmation, and delivery is usually completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
• No additional charges will be applied for online purchases. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an extra service fee.

Exchange / Replacement Policy

If the end-user receives a damaged or incorrect product, the product will be replaced by the company after verification.

Once approved, exchanged or replaced products will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
